How to be a more creative and productive artist - Pt 2 - Morning Routine

Wouldn’t it be great to wake up feeling energised and ready for your creative day ahead? Heck yeah!

The mornings can be a challenge for many of us, that’s for sure.

You might notice though, that if you get off to a good start, it tends to stick.

And if you don’t, it tends to suck.

You need a morning routine that works in your favour.

If you’d like to ensure a creative day, watch this short video where I walk through my morning routine.

In this video we cover:

  • 2 prime ingredients your body needs to wake up with more energy.

  • 3 areas of focus to get your mind on track and on your side for the day.

  • How to get to the point where you are genuinely engaged with the day ahead.

This simple shift has enabled me to stay positive, productive and on track over the years. I don’t know what I’d do without it now!

Give it a go for a week and see what happens.
